Suomenlinna has plenty of great souvenirs and unique local arts and crafts on offer all year around.

During the summer season, there are many different places to shop for souvenirs. The artisans’ summer shop b34 and the museum shop of the Ehrensvärd Society are located in the old granary on Susisaari island. The Ehrensvärd Museum and the Suomenlinna Toy Museum also have their own small museum shops.

The Visitor Centre, open throughout the year, offers a slightly more concise selection of traditional souvenirs as well as arts and crafts made at the fortress. The Suomenlinna kiosk in the Jetty Barracks sells souvenirs and postcards throughout the year.

The Jetty Barracks Gallery, located in the same building, has a print art collection, “Pieni” (small), for sale. The prints are made by member artists of the Helsinki Artists’ Association. They are small in size, easy to transport and inexpensive.

Snacks and lunches for a picnic in Suomenlinna can be easily acquired from the grocery shop close to the main pier. During the summer season, refreshing drinks and ice cream are sold from the Suomenlinna kiosk, which is open throughout the year, or from the Tykistölahti summer kiosk.
